Three things we do
China content
Native Chinese articles, short video, answers and landing copy written from a Chinese brief — not translated from English. Terminology mapped to what your buyers actually search for.
China agency operations
We run the accounts: publishing cadence, comment and message triage, follower questions, monthly bilingual reporting. You keep ownership; we take the operational load.
Localization and market entry
Interface and documentation localization, plus a staged path into the market that tests demand before you commit to an entity or a local team.
Where we work
Six channels, chosen per product rather than applied as a checklist. We tell you which ones we think will not work.
Infrastructure and developer tools concentrate on Zhihu and technical communities. Design and collaboration tools work on Xiaohongshu. Industrial software is closer to WeChat and search. Consumer-facing AI tools often start on Douyin.
How we work
- Brief — you describe the product, the buyer and the outcome. We reply within one business day.
- Audit — we check existing accounts, content and search visibility, and say plainly what is missing.
- Plan — channels, cadence, deliverables and measurement, in writing and in English.
- Run — production, publishing and operation on an agreed cadence, with a monthly bilingual report.
The constraints we work under
Being clear about limits is part of being useful.
- We do not buy followers or engagement, and we do not publish volume for its own sake.
- We do not resell accounts, phone numbers or verification shortcuts, and we do not advise on evading platform rules.
- We do not promise a ranking position or a lead count we cannot control.
- We do not give legal or tax advice. Where a decision needs counsel, we say so.
- We do not invent case studies. If we have not done something, we say we have not.
